For any other design such as DVD/CD cover design, greeting card design, print advertisement design, banner design or anything else please contact the artist stating your design requirement and details of the design to receive a quote.
Terms And Conditions
Please read terms and conditions carefully before contacting the artist.
By ordering from the artist you agree on the terms and conditions. After reading and understanding the following points, should you need any further clarification, please contact the artist then.
Example: If artist could not proceed with a character drawing project while she already done her brain storming on designing the character,
drawn the basic character sketches and color shading, the advanced fee will not be refundable if she can not proceed further but if the
project phase is in the beginning and she only started initial sketching and could not proceed, only then the fee is refundable.
Example: Any drawing may have in general phases like: 1)Sketching 2)Base coloring 3)Detailing 4)Shading and Lighting (Client can ask for modification maximum two times in each phase ie eight times in total if there are four phases). When artist is detailing the work it is not possible for her to go back to sketching phase and modify. All the modification should be done within the sketching phase, as artist will send work progress of each phase for client to decide on modification. Only exception can be made for designs where without coloring the concept does not get clear. In those cases, base coloring phase is the main phase of changing the design before going on to detailing.
If client is not certain about the project nature, they are advised to contact the artist mentioning the matter before further proceeding.
Example: If artist charges 100$ for an e-book cover, it may not be the case that all of the following e-book covers ordered by the same customer will have the same fee.
By ordering from the artist you agree on the terms and conditions. After reading and understanding the following points, should you need any further clarification, please contact the artist then.
- Artist reserve the right to display her work on her site or any other form,portfolio and media non-commercially (except personal portrait-for personal portrait if owner of the portrait do not wish the portrait to be public then it will be done upon requesting without any additional charge). If client wants the artist not to display the work then the price of such work will be 30% more than it's original price (since artist is giving up her right to display). ie original price+ 30% of original price. Hence if a work price is 100$ with artist's right to display, it will become 130$ without the right.
- 50% of the total fee should be paid before the work starts to confirm/book the artist. Rest 50% should be paid after finishing the work.
- Once artist starts working on the project, advance fee becomes non-refundable.
Example: If artist could not proceed with a character drawing project while she already done her brain storming on designing the character,

- Artist reserve the right to be credited on her work. The cost will be 40% extra of original cost (ie original cost+40% of original cost), if client wants to omit crediting.
- Each work goes through different phases. In each phase client has the right to ask the artist for modification maximum two times. Once the phase is passed it is not possible for the artist to go back and start all over again or modify.Any further changes after the project is finished will cost extra fee.

- Artist will not work on
- Pornographic projects
- Projects that indicate hate towards certain community or group of people
- Unethical projects
If client is not certain about the project nature, they are advised to contact the artist mentioning the matter before further proceeding.
- Artist will take up any project depending on how many works she has at hand, how fast the client want the work to be done, what type of work to be done etc
- Repeat customers with no due payments may get upto 20% discount on future projects depending on the nature of frequency, work, and relation.
- Please note that, none of the project work is homogeneous. each individual project may have different fee depending on the amount of effort put into it.
